The dual-fuel burner can be used with either Propane or wood, giving you the flexibility to choose the perfect cooking option for your outdoor culinary adventures.

If you are using the gas option, please use AA or AAA batteries (refer to the battery cover or user manual). The gas burner is not locked in place because the isolation plate needs to be removed from the bottom of the oven. This plate is only necessary when using wood fuel to keep out ash.

The oven should be preheated for 30 minutes to reach around 400℃/752℉. If the oven doesn't seem to be getting hot, it could be due to strong winds affecting the heating performance. Make sure to place the pizza oven in a wind-protected location for optimal results.
